We had such a great time hiking down Flat Laurel Creek Trail that we decided to continue with the loop, returning through Sam Knob Meadow. Afterwards, some members stopped at the new Little-Wolfie to check out the plants there.

Botanical plant names seem to change almost every day, but for now we use those approved by ITIS, the Integrated Taxonomic Information System. Plants that are non-native to North America are indicated by an asterisk (*) placed after the species name.
