That’s a big plant! We’ve seen some really big ones this year too.
It depends on what you mean by leaves. Generally they have 1 or 2 leaves divided into 3 leaflets. But some plants get carried away and have extra leaflets. See: https://wcbotanicalclub.org/five-leaved-jack-in-the-pulpit-arisaema-triphyllum/

I have a similar shaped flower on a 22″ specimen! Are 5 leaves rare on this plant? I have others that are smaller and have only three leaves.
