This winter we’re categorizing plants in our database by family. This week’s post is plants in the Linaceae (Flax), Lobariaceae (a family of fungi that includes lichens), Loganiaceae (Strychnos), Lycopodiaceae (Clubmosses & Firmosses), Lythraceae (Loosestrife), Magnoliaceae (Magnolia), Malvaceae (Mallow), Melanthiaceae (Bunchflower),  families.
