Baldwin Field Branch Scout – July 17, 2024

Led by our intrepid leaders,  Billy & Ernie, seven courageous club members scouted Baldwin Field Branch to determine whether it could be a possible site for new field trips. The consensus was “Yes”. We identified 189 species with 51 blooming, and saw some new and unusual plants.   Photography by Daudie Colson & Penny Longhurst. Click on any picture to zoom & enter the slide show. Plants that are non-native to North America are indicated by an asterisk (*) placed after the species name.
