Our first field trip of 2023 and the timing was perfect. We finally found the elusive Three parted Violet (Viola tripartita) and some new plants for many of us in this location, Whorled Horsebalm (Collinsonia verticillata), Violet Wood Sorrel (Oxalis violacea), and Pinxter Flower (Rhododendron periclymenoides).
