DuPont Visitor Center to Lake Julia Scout – June 23, 2020

Last week, while Penny was walking along Sky Valley Road taking pictures of flowers, I was just a mile or so away walking to Lake Julia taking pictures too! I was delighted to find so many flowers blooming, and delighted also that the rain held off until I was almost back to the car. I don’t remember seeing the Lobelia spicata before, so that was quite a nice surprise. It is on the path to the boat house in case anyone wants to go find it!  Photography by Lucy Prim.
